Cupcakes <3
For our housewarming/boyfriend's birthday party a few weeks back, I spent most of the day baking a heap of these delicious cupcakes. Vanilla White Chocolate and Chocolate chip, ahh I could go for one right now, yum soo good!
Dear Centrelink,
"Can you please give me back the hour and a half you took away from me today? Thankyou."
Today sucked. I went in to apply for Youth Allowance, seeing as I haven't had much luck whatsoever in finding a job. Waited in line for about 40 minutes, with a baby screaming behind me the majority of the time. Then, when I got to the desk, the man told me that I needed to apply over the phone, so I sat there for another 45 minutes or so on the phone answering every single question about me they could think of. I will have to repeat the waiting process again once I receive an application pack in the mail, but I am hoping that I won't have to do this because I have a job interview tomorrow in South Bank at a Legal Firm. Fingers Crossed!!! eeep.
After my Centrelink nightmare, I strolled down the street for a coffee and found an op shop in an alley way central of town. Bought this pretty, floral shift dress for $2.50, which will look nice with black opaques and boots. It's a perfect fit too!
I also bought this cute little guy from Diva.

I've spent the last half an hour browsing Jak & Jil's fantastic blog. It's past midday and I haven't left bed yet. Not feeling too good this morning and I didn't go out last night so it's not a hangover or anything. But hey, it's the weekend at least.
I'm in love with those Pedro Garcia boots, and the bright pink pumps are just too cute!! The stilleto's in the first photo however look abit dangerous with those spikes, ouch!

Friday night in.
My friday evening consisted of cooking this delicious, cheesy lasagne with one of my best friends Erin. Our oven is really old school and doesn't have the temperatures printed on the knobs so we sat and drank Banrock on the kitchen floor and watched it cook, haha.
Oh la la.
I love this photo! so sophisticated and very pin up. I love the swimsuit too.
I'll be posting alot more now seeing as I still have no job, after three weeks and 30 resumes sent out. I might attend to my wardrobe and continue sorting through my clothes that I plan to sell on here, finally. Keep watch!

Half Blood Prince.
Definately won four V.I.P Gold Class passes to see Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince, thanks to mum! She entered me into a competition in the Courier Mail and suprised me yesterday when she called to say that I won a prize. Going to see it this sunday with my housemates.
I also like to note that I think Emma Watson is so ridiculously attractive, especially in these amazing photographs featured in Italian Vogue. Wow!

I'm baaaack.
I have internet! Hurrah!
Living in Brisbane is so good, I've been down here for two weeks now. I've spotted alot of gorgeous, well styled girls and cute indie boys out and about, compared to Noosa.
Our house is a 4 minute walk from the Indro Mall (we actually timed how long it took) and there is a JB Hi Fi along the way too, so we are pretty much set! Finding a job however has been nothing but a difficult and painful process so far.. ergh.
